Returns and Exchange

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer You easy Returns or Exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a Refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following Terms to our Returns and Exchange policy:

• Returned items must be in original packaging and must be Sealed.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of or use, and must be in the same condition in which you received

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

• Returns accepted at our office located in Khilda, Amman - Jordan
• Delivery returns / exchange are available
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
