Returns and Exchange

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer You easy Returns or Exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a Refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following Terms to our Returns and Exchange policy:

• Returned items must be in original packaging and must be Sealed.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of or use, and must be in the same condition in which you received

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

• Returns accepted at our office located in Khilda, Amman - Jordan
• Delivery returns / exchange are available
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
